Research overview：
熱による高速・可逆のらせん反転光学活性ポリシランに関する知見をもとに、種々の外場に対する高速らせん反転高分子複合材料の創製・構造同定・基本特性制御・理論構築・機構解明・プロトタイプのデバイス作製を行います。外場として、熱、電場、磁場、光、電気化学的酸化還元、光学活性低分子、液晶を用います。研究により得られる高分子複合材料は、室温高速偏光スイッチ・メモリー、光学異性体分離スイッチカラムなどのユニークな製品への展開が期待されます。
