細胞内小器官の一つであるゴルジ体は、蛋白の細胞内修飾及び細胞内輸送に重要な役割を果たしています。そのゴルジ体は、扁平膜が幾層にも極性をもって積層した特異な形態を示します。本研究では、ゴルジ体がどのようにこの層板構造を形成し、その層板がゴルジの機能とどう関係しているかを明らかにすることを目指します。
