Research overview：
本研究は、シナプス前終末の構造的・機能的な可塑性がどのような分子により調節されているのか、学習・記憶の過程で、それらの分子がどのような修飾を受けるのかを解明します。シナプス前終末の微小性、ヘテロ性、生化学的複雑性などに由来する困難を、GFP誘導体リコンビナントプローブ、新しいプローブ導入法などの新しい生理学的研究法を開発することによってブレークスルーをめざします。
