Research overview：
ヒトはどのようにして柔軟に判断をし、多様な選択を行うことができるのでしょうか。本研究では、柔軟な判断の神経回路モデルとして新たに「Leaky integrator仮説」を提案します。そして、2つのルールに基づき、判断の内容を柔軟に切り替えるタスクスイッチ課題をサルに訓練し、大脳皮質MT野とLIP野の神経活動記録と電気刺激を用いて、本仮説を検証します。
