Research overview：
本研究では、非平衡な条件下にある人工細胞の時空間ダイナミクスを定量的に解析するための基盤技術を構築し、構成的アプローチによって、非平衡な条件下で時間発展し続ける分子集合体としての生命システムの解明を目指します。マイクロ流体工学によりマイクロサイズの空間・液体・界面を制御して非平衡人工細胞を創り、生物物理学的手法により人工細胞内外の生体高分子反応の時空間ダイナミクスの定量解析を実現します。
