Research overview：
新しいナノ領域界面構造を利用したナノデバイスの開発を可能にするため、長尺アンジュレータ超高輝度放射光ビームラインにおいて、高い分解能で機能界面を解析し、界面制御・設計を行うステーションを開発します。具体的には、1)三次元分布解析法、2)ナノ領域分光法、3)サブミクロン軟X線発光分光法、4)軟X線ホログラフィによる界面動的観察を体系的に進めます。
