Research overview：
SNARE連関タンパク質は進化上真核生物に保存され、細胞内の膜系の輸送現象に必須であると考えられています。そこで、近赤外超短パルスによる2光子励起と蛍光タンパク質の技術を用い、細胞内で分子機械のアセンブリとその内部運動を測定することを可能とする顕微解析システムの構築を行い、インタクトな細胞でSANREタンパク質複合体が開口放出を引き起こすメカニズムを明らかにします。
