Research overview：
近年、化合物半導体太陽電池として、銅インジウムガリウムセレン化物(CIGS)が実用化されています。しかし、希少元素であるインジウムやガリウムには供給や価格の問題があります。本研究では、CIGSと同じカルコパイライト構造を持ち、安全で豊富な元素で構成される亜鉛すずリン化物に着目し、原子配列制御および添加元素による特性制御、薄膜作製プロセスの確立を行い、安価で高効率な太陽電池の実現につなげていきます。
