Research overview：
生体内には核酸性の鋳型を用いずRNAを重合する鋳型非依存的なRNA合成システムが存在しています。鋳型非依存的なRNA合成は、遺伝子発現に重要な役割を果たしていますが、その動的反応分子メカニズムは永年の謎です。本研究では鋳型非依存的なRNA合成酵素族がRNAを重合していく様子の動的分子基盤を解明するとともに、鋳型非依存的RNA合成酵素をコアとしたRNA末端合成プロセス装置の機能構造相関の解明を目指します。
