Research overview：
本研究では、細胞内ナノスペースの温度変動が細胞機能の駆動力として働く「温度シグナリング」の原理を解明します。まず、独自の細胞内温度・熱計測法を用いて、細胞内における熱移動に関わる熱力学パラメータを決定します。また、細胞内熱維持や高効率の熱利用の機構を分子レベルで解明します。さらに、ナノスペースでの熱動態が組織などのマクロスペースへの温度シグナリングに与える影響を解明します。
