Research overview：
本研究では、エクソソームの動態と細胞応答を定量的かつグローバルに捉えるための Exo プロテオミクス技術を開発します。具体的には、1) エクソソームの内包タンパク質を同定する技術、2) 細胞応答をモニターする技術、3)エクソソームとタンパク質のインタラクトームダイナミクスを捉える技術を開発します。 これらの技術を用いて、エクソソーム内外の全ライフイベントを明らかにします。
