超偏極13C MRIは炭素13標識した任意の化合物の核磁気共鳴信号を1万倍以上に増幅することで、その生体内における代謝反応を、非侵襲的に画像として写し出すMRIの最新技術です。様々な病気を反映するように設計された複数の代謝プローブの代謝反応を超偏極13C MRIで撮像することにより、体中の、あらゆる要因によって引き起こされる生体内恒常性の変容・破綻を瞬時に検出できる新しい画像診断技術の開発を目指します。
