Research overview：
訪日旅行者が急増する中、観光案内サービスの強化が求められている。一方、受け入れ先となる地域の現場では、地域活性化を目指す上で、訪日旅行者の実態把握と地域の魅力の発信力不足に悩んでいる。 本活動では、CT-Plannerと呼ぶ観光プラン作成支援ソフトウェアを基盤技術として位置づけ、諸地域の行政組織・観光事業者に働きかけ、観光案内サービスに組み込んでいく。そして、それらのサービス提供を通じて収集した訪日旅行者の期待や行動データを利活用することで、地域と旅行者の共生に資する観光まちづくり活動の継続的な実施を支援する。
