Research overview：
磁気共鳴法は、非侵襲的に深部観察ができる点、特定分子の選択的観測が可能な点から、生物個体、細胞などの生体試料中で機能する分子のその場観察に適した計測手法です。本研究では、磁気共鳴イメージング、多重共鳴NMR、磁気共鳴力顕微鏡や多重電子共鳴法など、多様な磁気共鳴の技法を駆使し、生体内・細胞内の蛋白質の機能・局在・立体構造を観察する新しい手法の開発を目指します。
