Research overview：
山中4因子によるiPS細胞誘導は非効率でばらつきが大きいため、いかに高品質で安全なiPS細胞を再現性よく樹立出来るかが大きな課題となっています。本研究では、低品質なiPS細胞が高品質な状態へ変換される過程において、種々の核内構造変化が引き起される事に注目し、数々の候補因子を用いてこれらの核内構造を人為的に操作することを試みます。核内環境をES細胞に近づける事で、実用化に耐え得る新規iPS細胞作製法の開発を目指します。
