Research overview：
半導体デバイスの要求を満たす伸縮性電子材料と、伸縮性基材特有の熱や溶剤による変形の影響を受けないプロセスを開発し、高性能な伸縮性半導体デバイスを作製・その物理探索を進める。この知見を活かして非伸縮性のデバイスと比較しても遜色ない伸縮性センサマトリクスや太陽電池、光イメージャなどを実現する。さらにウェアラブルデバイスやソフトロボットへの応用を進めていく。
