Research overview：
近年、疾患関連遺伝子・新規多型・変異の報告が相次いでいるが、同一疾患への複数因子の寄与、同一変異の複数疾患への寄与、集団間のゲノムの差異などにより、疾患メカニズムの解明は容易ではない。本課題では、アジア人を中心としたゲノム・遺伝子の多型・変異情報と疾患・臨床情報との関連性研究の成果を収集・解析・体系化し、DBを構築する。疾患の遺伝要因や分子疫学等の研究が促進され、個別化医療の実現が加速されることを目的とする。
