Research overview：
酵素や抗体と類似の機能をもつ機能性修飾DNAは、バイオセンサの新たな素材として有望です。本研究では、ATPやペプチドなどの低分子目的成分を迅速かつ簡便、感度良く検出できる方法の開発を目的として、アロステリック修飾DNAzymeの創製を試みます。修飾DNAは化学合成が容易ですので、アロステリック修飾DNAzymeは安価で簡便な検出試薬として、医療・食品衛生・環境など広範囲な分野での利用が期待されます。
