Research overview：
本課題では、在宅医療に19年間携わる開業医が、住民、行政、大学などと連携し在宅医療を推進する地域診断標準ツールの開発と、その普及運動の提唱を行い、全国への在宅医療の普及を図る。具体的には在宅医療の普及度合いの異なる標準的な2つの自治体を比較し、普及しない要因分析と普及方策の在り方を客観・科学的に明らかにする。またその過程を評価・整理し、地域を総合的に見ることのできる拠点などで利用可能な地域診断標準ツールを作成する。
