Research overview：
GHz帯の位相直線性、低損失、広帯域、シャープカットオフの超小型の弾性表面波フィルタを圧電基板上に作製したアップ方向及びダウン方向の一方向性分散型すだれ状電極を用いて実現するとともに、移動体通信・UWB通信システムなどに応用する研究を行う。
