Research overview：
高齢化社会を迎えて、心不全患者に占める高齢者の比率が増加しています。したがって、心不全に対する有効な治療法を確立するには、心不全の発症の分子メカニズムをその背後にある「心筋の老化 」という修飾因子も考慮に入れて理解する必要があります。本研究では、メタボローム解析手法の導入により、心不全や老化を規定する代謝産物の同定や新しい代謝過程の発見、さらには代謝産物の変化情報に基づく心筋細胞機能の制御法の確立を目指します。
