Research overview：
培養骨膜に骨形成能を発現させる機能を有し、かつ移植可能な基材を試作し、再生医療の普及と医療産業の活性化に貢献することを目標とする。ヒト骨膜をコラーゲンコートしたePTFEメッシュ上で培養した場合、剥離することなく増殖し、特別な分化誘導をかけなくともin vitroで石灰化物を形成する。メッシュ素材を生体吸収性ポリマーに代えて同様の基材を試作し、自家培養骨膜移植用に最適化したものに仕上げる。
