自然・社会における様々な重大な変化の予兆を発見し、その変化が危機ならば対策をとり利益の機会ならその予兆を利用する方策をたてて実行する方法の創生を目指します。データから未来の重大な変化の予兆を計算機によって発見する手法と、その予兆が持つ人間にとっての意味を人に気づかせ活動させる方法の両面について研究を進めます。
