本研究開発では、Rare-Earth系コート超電導線材に欠陥の導入し、さらに電流通電の方向に磁界を平行に加えることにより電流容量を増加させる縦磁界効果を組み合わせることにより、軽量でコンパクトな高性能直流電流輸送導体を開発することを目的とする。
