Research overview：
酸化物半導体・強相関酸化物・有機分子などで構成される2次元界面を対象に、異種物質の電子状態をつなぎ合わせて電荷を注入し、自己形成する絶縁層を介した電界効果で電荷を蓄積する新手法を開発します。これらの界面における電子・磁気・光機能を雛形デバイスとして実証し、エレクトロニクス材料としての基礎を構築します。
