Research overview：
視覚情報は網膜で受容され、大脳皮質一次視覚野へ伝えられます。大脳皮質では、機能素子である神経細胞が微小な神経回路(サブネットワーク)を形成し、特異性の高い情報処理計算を実行しています。本研究では、このサブネットワークのin vivoでの役割を明らかにする新規解析技術を開発し、視覚系をモデルとして大脳皮質全体に一貫した基本動作原理の解明を目指します。
