Research overview：
量子ドットや多重量子井戸などの半導体量子構造を用いることによって遠赤外~赤外領域の技術のブレークスルー的進展をはかるとともに、それらを応用して2次元電子系の示す量子輸送現象の理解を格段に進展させます。本研究により遠赤外単一フォトンの検出、連続発振連続波長可変レーザーの開発、2次元電子系のエネルギーおよび運動量分布の局所的測定などの成果が期待できます。
