Research overview：
本研究は、老化細胞で細胞質に蓄積しエクソソームによって細胞外へと分泌される遊離核酸断片が細胞質センサーを介してSASP(Senescence-associated secretory phenotype)誘導に働く生理的機能と生体応答機序を解析することで、細胞外微粒子の生体機能と個体老化や加齢性疾患との関わりを明らかにし、それらの病態を制御する方法を開発することを目指します。
