細胞内でタンパク質を発現させ過ぎれば、細胞の健全性は失われます。現在の生物学ではそんな異常下でタンパク質の機能評価をしています。本提案では、光でタンパク質の発現数を精密に操作する超精密タンパク質発現操作技術を開発します。そして、タンパク質が引き起こす細胞内現象を人工的に完全再現します。
