Research overview：
本研究ではアミノ酸のような低分子化合物から、脂質、糖鎖、植物の二次代謝物などの中-高分子化合物まで、シームレスに代謝の流れを追跡できる電子代謝マップを作成します。本研究により、分子サイズの階層的なスケールの違いを一貫して取り扱える生体シミュレーションの基盤が構築され、次期バイオインフォマティクスの中核技術となることが期待できます。
