Research overview：
DSLは、世界的にも注目を集める高機能なRNA酵素(リボザイム)です。本研究ではこのDSLリボザイムをさらに発展させ、テクノロジーとして有用な機能性RNAへと進化させることに挑戦します。これまで非常に手間のかかっていたRNAの編集操作をワンステップで行ったり、微量物質を高感度でセンシングするリボザイムの創成を通し、日本生まれ・日本育ちの純和製RNAテクノロジーの創出を目指します。
