Research overview：
現在、iPS細胞の誘導にはレトロウイルス・ベクターが用いられていますが、臨床に応用する際には、ホスト染色体へのインテグレーションに起因する発癌などの有害事象が問題となります。本研究は、効率のよい安全で新しいiPS細胞の誘導技術を、非ウイルス的な方法を用いて確立することを目指します。
