Research overview：
データベースには大量のタンパク質配列が登録されており、その数は現在も増え続けています。本研究では拡大を続ける配列データを網羅的に解析し、全てのタンパク質にその機能を決定づける離散的配列ブロックが存在することを証明します。配列ブロックの同定を可能とする新規手法の開発を行うとともに、これらブロックを組み合わせて機能を自由自在に制御した人工タンパク質配列設計の実現を目指します。
