Research overview：
ウイルス感染における分子反応の連続的な作用機序には多くの不明な点が残されており、抗ウイルス薬の開発にはその分子基盤の理解が必須です。本研究ではウイルスが細胞に感染する際に働くウイルスタンパク質と宿主因子の複合体機能を分子レベルで明らかにします。最先端のクライオ電子顕微鏡技術等を用いることで、これまで不可能と考えられていた超分子複合体構造をも明らかにし、創薬への応用に繋げることを目的としています。
