Research overview：
ゲノムの動作原理に基づいてゲノムを設計して人工細胞を構築するためには、生体分子への後天的な化学修飾(エピゲノム修飾)による遺伝子発現の制御について理解する必要があります。人工細胞が細胞分裂で増殖することを考えると、分裂前後でエピゲノム修飾が継承される機構を理解することが重要です。本研究では、エピゲノム修飾が継承される分子機構をDNAカーテン法を用いた一分子蛍光顕微鏡観察によって明らかにします。
