Research overview：
本研究では、植物の発生・成長システムに着目して、栽培中の植物の生育状態を早い段階から診断する手段を提供します。診断技術の精度を高めるため、フィールドで栽培される植物を対象に、環境要素・生育状態・作物形質を情報化し、主成分分析等によって診断に有益な情報を抽出します。以上より、地球規模の環境変動に伴うフィールドごとの環境負荷の問題を解消する技術創出に取り組みます。
