Research overview：
本研究では、オプトジェネティクスとCRISPR/Cas9システムを融合させることで、任意の時間・組織でモザイク状にがん変異細胞を誘導できる高精度Opt-CRISPRedマウスを開発します。これにより、超早期段階での変異細胞の動態を、世界で初めて生体内で観察します。上皮細胞層における変異細胞-排除機構を生体レベルで解明することで、がんの予防的治療のための革新技術の創出を目指します。
