蛋白質-蛋白質、蛋白質-核酸及び蛋白質-脂質相互作用のカタログ化から機能解析にわたる系統的解析を行う。これと連動して「既存知識に基づく解釈支援システム」及び「生物知識発見支援ツール」を開発し、相互作用データからの生物知識獲得に必要な技術の確立を目指す。
