Research overview：
細胞の硬さ・柔らかさといった機械的性質は、細胞を構成する分子的要素を統合した細胞全体としての表現型のひとつと考えることができます。本研究では、この細胞の表現型のひとつである細胞の変形能に着目し、マイクロデバイスを用いて細胞の変形能を1細胞レベルでハイスループットに評価できる1細胞診断技術の確立を目指します。
