Research overview：
現在のナノロボティクスにおいて、重要な課題である高効率で微細化された駆動系の組み込みの解決策として、本研究では電子スピンを利用したスピンモーターの開発を行います。具体的には、金属磁性体研究と半導体研究に関する知見を駆使し、ナノスケール永久磁石の電気的制御によるナノモーターを実現しようとするものであり、将来のナノシステム作製における非常に重要な基幹技術となると期待される。
