Research overview：

線虫の細胞系譜データを収集し、多細胞生物の線虫初期発生システムの計算機科学的解析等を目指す。このために、大規模突然変異体細胞系譜測定、細胞系譜データを用いた遺伝子機能ネットワーク推定アルゴリズムの開発、シミュレーション技術開発、パラメータ測定技術開発等を行う。
