Research overview：
新規圧電単結晶Ca3TaGa3Si2O14上に高密度電極を形成することにより,弾性表面波(SAW)エネルギーの表面集中を図り,超高安定・高結合なラブ波型SAWを伝搬させ,ゼロ温度係数,1%以上の比帯域幅を有するSAWフィルタを開発する.
