Research overview：
真核細胞にはRNAを骨格にした非膜性構造体が存在します。本研究では、これらの構造体の的確な作動に必要な構造基盤の理解を通して、RNAが骨格として用いられている意義を明らかにします。そのために、超解像イメージングによる形態・物性解析、構成因子のオミックス解析、ソフトマター物理学を取り入れた構造体形成原理の確立に取り組みます。またRNAに直接相互作用する化合物で構造体を人為操作する技術を開発します。
