Research overview：
細胞の形態と運動は、上皮から間葉系、アメーバ様へと、主に3つの類型を中心に分布し、それらが一つの組織の中に共存することも多々あります。これらの動的パターンに着目し、多細胞組織の構築と再生の背後にある細胞の変形と運動を、統一的な数理的表現「細胞動態スペクトル」を通じて特徴づけ、理解するための定量的計測手法と理論モデルを開発します。
