Research overview：
現在 までに、アルギニンに富む多くの分子が細胞内タンパク質導入キャリアとなりうることを見いだし、様々なデザインのキャリア分子が設計できることを示してきました。本研究では、ペプチド化学・ペプチド工学的アプローチにより、これらのペプチドの膜透過機序を解明するとともに、高い膜透過能と細胞選択能を併せ持った新しい概念による高機能性キャリアペプチドを開発することを目指します。
