Research overview：
連立一次方程式の求解や固有値計算ができる並列数値計算ライブラリは科学技術計算の根幹をなすツールであるが、わが国ではほとんど開発がなされておらず欧米製ソフトウエアに席巻されています。この現状を打破するため、スーパーコンピュータからPCクラスタまでの広範な計算機環境で実用となるライブラリの研究を行います。並列実行環境に依存しないライブラリ構築のため、自動チューニング機能という新しい技術の確立を目指します。
