Research overview：
ある種の機能性分子を修飾したDNAプローブは、適当な条件下、相補鎖とのハイブリダイゼーションにおいて強い協同性を示すことがわかっています。本研究では、この協同性に焦点を当て、これを積極的に利用した新しい遺伝子解析法を提案します。複数の機能性DNAプローブが協調して働くと、単一のプローブでは成し得なかった種々の高度な機能を発揮します。蛍光分光法、質量分析法との組み合せにより次世代のDNAプローブを実現します。
