Research overview：
本研究では、液中に浮遊している微粒子の「形状情報」と「組成情報」を同時に計測する革新的1粒子解析技術の開発をねらいとしています。生体微粒子において、「形状」と「組成」の相関性を解明することは、その微粒子の機能解明へと繋がります。本研究では、がん転移の指向性などに関わっているとされているエクソソームの「形状」と「組成」の相関性を明らかにし、構造的な観点からエクソソームの機能解析を目指します。
