Research overview：
薬の研究開発プロセスは年々複雑化しており、標的タンパク質は高難度のものしか残されていません。本研究では、高難度標的であるタンパク質間相互作用 (PPI) に焦点を当て、PPIを阻害できるペプチド分子をデザインするAI手法を開発します。特にこれまで注目されていなかった界面構造の情報を利用したAIを開発することで、適切なペプチド配列を提示することを目的とします。
