デバイスの極限的微細化に伴う製造性の劣化、特性ばらつきの増加、経年劣化、ソフトエラーなどの克服を目指して、ばらつきに強靭なロバストファブリックを構成要素とし、高信頼化構造の実現や劣化部分の自己修復が可能な再構成可能VLSIプラットフォームについて研究します。本プラットフォームにより、衛星利用からコンシューマ用途まで、様々なディペンダビリティを持つ組み込みシステムが実現できることを示します。
